Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  2. Identify potential candidates through various sources like LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and headhunting to fill vacant positions.
  3. Screen candidate resumes and job applications.
  4. Conduct phone interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter candidates within schedule.
  5. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing candidates, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  6. Work directly with HR and hiring managers to determine recruitment requirements for new roles.
  7. Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers.
  8. Extend offers of employment within company procedures.
  9. Negotiate salary and follow up with candidates until onboarding.
  10. Manage joining formalities and documentation.
  11. Keep track of documents provided by candidates.

Educational Qualifications:

MBA in Human Resource Management.
