Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter with VR Della Infotech

Experience: 2-8 Years
Location: Trichy / Bangalore / Chennai

Job Type: Permanent Role

Job Description:

1. Bachelor's degree with complete staffing/recruiting life cycle experience of 2-5 years.
2. Excellent oral (phone) and written communication skills; computer savvy (MUST).
3. Internet recruiting and lead generation through Ceipal, Oorwin, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, etc.
4. Ability to source candidates via cold calling, social media recruiting, and develop channel partnerships.
5. Generate leads, qualify, and convert those leads from a warm call to a prospective candidate.
6. Adept at tactical decision making, negotiating, coordinating, and closing requirements.
7. Knowledge of various technologies and IT staffing industry practices.
8. Knowledge of US Tax terms (W2/1099/C2C, etc.) and Visa types (H1B/GC/EAD/L1/OPT).
9. Experience working with high volumes of large clients.
10. A go-getter who can think outside the box with motivation and drive to succeed.
11. Quick thinker with excellent interpersonal and team coordination skills.
12. Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
13. Team building and mentoring with a process-oriented approach.

Salary: ₹14,497.60 – ₹100,000.00 per month
