Responsibilities

• Act as single interface of network operational support for all new offices across all pillars until complete transition.
• Provide knowledge transfer and assist in assimilation of new members into Delivery team.
• Establish expertise in various infrastructures currently deployed, and develop documentation to assist in training of other customer delivery groups.
• Configure and maintain a variety of tools spanning data, security and cloud technologies.
• Participate in initiatives focused on developing global standards, policies, tools selection, and environments.
• Implement security for Legacy and ACS support network.
• Work with internal and external groups to ensure that shared infrastructure meets functional, security and service level requirements.
• Act as a resource for operational/engineering activities for voice/data network design, security, development, and implementation.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge on deployment and operational functionalities of network and security technologies.
• Support new/expanding office build outs.
• Act as resource on engineering projects, tests, and evaluation programs.
• Assist in implementation of infrastructure and services standards documentation and configuration guidelines.
• Act as resource to internal project teams and external entities such as external customer and service provider.
• Maintain and update system and network documentation.
• Problem management, diagnosis, escalation, tracking and resolution.
• Manage vendor and/or product provisioning, procurement, and delivery of network security hardware and software.
• Ensure technology standards ratification.
• Follow established development processes and standards for all work; identify and propose improvements.
• Participate in complex projects with minimal supervision or guidance.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure and PowerShell Scripting.
• Strong understanding of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching.
• Strong knowledge of firewall security networking concepts; good working experience with all firewalls.
• Experience deploying cloud/hosting solutions across vendors and platforms.
• Security‑related knowledge and interpersonal coordination skills.
• Familiarity with facilitating or participating in conference calls.
• Time‑management skills and ability to focus on deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• In‑depth knowledge of TCP/IP, including packet analysis.
• Customer‑service skills and client focus.
• Good organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills in English.
