Job summary

Zensar Technologies is seeking a UX/UI Designer to gather requirements with stakeholders, create user journeys and information architecture, and deliver responsive designs for web and mobile applications.

You will establish design systems, collaborate with engineers for accurate implementation, and drive usability improvements through user feedback and analytics. A strong portfolio is expected.

• Solid experience in UX/UI design with emphasis on usability.
• Ability to create user journeys, personas, IA, and flows.
• Hands-on with design tools and prototyping.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
• Create user journeys, personas, information architecture, and interaction flows.
• Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop responsive and accessible designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
• Continuously improve product usability through user feedback and analytics.
• Ensure consistency in branding and user experience across products.
• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
