Job summary

Zensar Technologies in Pune is seeking a hands-on UX/UI Designer specialized in Figma to translate complex B2B eCommerce requirements into scalable, delightful interfaces.

You will create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and reusable components, collaborating with product, development, and QA teams, while ensuring WCAG accessibility and responsive behavior.

• Develop and maintain reusable Figma components, design systems, and style guides.
• Ensure designs align with branding, accessibility, and UX best practices.

Job Description:

• Strong hands-on expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping.
• Experience designing eCommerce web applications, preferably B2B.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, customer journeys, and responsive web design.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional, development-ready designs.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly B2B eCommerce experiences using Figma.
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design and enhance key eCommerce journeys, including Product Discovery, Cart, Checkout, Order Management, Customer Accounts, and Self-Service.
• Collaborate with Business, Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into actionable UX designs.
• Develop and maintain reusable Figma components, design systems, and style guides.
• Ensure designs align with branding, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and UX best practices.
• Support design reviews, usability improvements, and developer handoffs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of complex B2B workflows such as Quotes/CPQ, Standing Orders, Subscriptions, and Account Management.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and design-to-development handoff processes.
• Key Expectation: A hands-on UX/UI designer who can independently drive Figma designs from requirements through developer handoff, ensuring a consistent, scalable, and customer-centric eCommerce experience.
