Job summary

Replaice Technologies is seeking a hands-on UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive experiences for web and mobile. You’ll own the design process from research to handover, and work closely with founders, product managers, and engineers.

You will build a scalable design system, conduct usability tests, and translate business needs into polished interfaces. This role offers mentorship, growth, and the chance to influence enterprise AI products within a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete design process from user research and journey mapping to wireframing, prototyping, and handover to developers.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, founders, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile products.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system with UI components, typography, color, and visual standards.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Set and enforce design standards for consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across products.
• Collaborate closely with developers, providing clear specs and reviewing implementation for accuracy.
• Mentor junior designers and act as the go-to design contact.
• Manage multiple design assignments in a fast-paced startup environment.

We are a fast-growing AI startup building enterprise AI products across multiple domains. We are developing scalable, production-grade, AI-powered products from the ground up and are looking for a creative, hands-on UI/UX Designer to help shape intuitive and engaging digital experiences as we scale.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys understanding users, solving complex design problems, creating accessible interfaces, and working closely with founders, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.

Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually compelling experiences across our web and mobile products. You will participate in the complete design process from user research and journey mapping to wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and developer handover.

The ideal candidate combines strong UX thinking with visual design expertise and can translate business requirements and user needs into practical, consistent, and scalable product experiences.
