• Daily collaboration with BAs and Full Stack Developers.

Job description

The UX/UI Analyst is responsible for user research, interaction design, and usability analysis across the platform, covering applicant portals, officer consoles, administrative tools, dashboards, and key business workflows.

The role studies user needs and business processes and translates them into user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and interface specifications that clearly communicate how the system should work.

Working closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders, the UX/UI Analyst validates designs through user feedback, usability reviews, and prototype demonstrations, ensuring that proposed solutions are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with business requirements. The role provides the delivery pods with validated, build-ready UX specifications and supports developers during implementation by clarifying user flows and interaction requirements.

Ultimately, the UX/UI Analyst acts as the user advocate within the software development lifecycle, ensuring that the platform delivers consistent, efficient, and user-friendly digital experiences.
