Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Bengaluru is seeking a UX Interaction Designer with 6-10 years of experience to design end-to-end user experiences for complex features. You will lead user research, explore concepts, and drive design reviews through to delivery and usability testing.

The role requires collaboration with product managers, engineers, and design leads, plus shaping design systems and standards. A strong emphasis on usability, accessibility, and fluent communication is essential.

  • Actively participate in design critiques, workshops, and alignment sessions
  • Contribute to and extend design systems and interaction standards
