Job summary

We are looking for someone with the following qualities

• 2-4 years of experience in software product design. Working with B2B products is an additional advantage


• A passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing products and experiences.

Please share a portfolio with two case studies that show your process end to end: the problem, what you tried, what you discarded, and what shipped.

Polished final screens alone won't tell us much.

• You design with AI. You've built AI into your own workflow: research synthesis, prototype generation, visual exploration, copy iteration and you have a point of view on where it genuinely speeds you up and where it produces convincing-looking noise.


• Can defend your craft; you can articulate why one design pattern serves a product better than another, and you can change your mind when someone makes a better case.


• A collaborative team player who can work well with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that everyone is aligned with the design vision.


• Thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is your forte. You're comfortable with change and can pivot with ease.

Here’s what you will do in this role

• Work with stakeholders to solve customer problems and navigate product discovery stages while closely working with CX and product teams.


• Creating fantastic products by obsessing about the ‘Why’ and backing it up with a solid understanding of user needs and behavior.


• Partner with Product Managers on research: shaping the questions, joining sessions, and turning findings into design decisions.


• Executing visual design that is not just polished, consistent and intuitive but at the same time factors in delight.


• Use AI tooling to compress the distance from idea to artifact: moving from concept to a working, clickable prototype in days rather than weeks, so we test with real users earlier.


• Rapidly explore ideas and complex interactions through prototypes and test your hypothesis with users using a variety of methodologies.


• Build and extend design systems so patterns hold up across teams, engagements, and AI-generated implementations.


• Comfortable navigating ambiguous or unfamiliar domains — able to research fast, ask the right questions, and build a working understanding before a clear brief exists.


• Clearly articulate the reasoning behind design decisions and confidently present findings and final outputs to stakeholders, not just hand off screens.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for data-dense enterprise environments (dashboards, workflows, admin tooling).


• Front-end literacy (HTML/CSS/React basics) or experience with AI-assisted coding tools.


• Strong Figma fluency — variables, auto layout, variants, responsive design, and general best practices for scalable file hygiene.
