Job summary

About The Role

We are looking for a UX Designer with strong expertise in Framer to design and build high-quality, interactive digital experiences. You will be responsible for transforming user insights and product requirements into elegant UX flows, high-fidelity designs, and functional Framer prototypes or live websites. This role blends UX thinking, UI design, and no-code/low-code execution.

This role will be directly reporting to the Assistant Director - Branding and Communications , and you will be responsible for owning the brand’s UX design across the organization.

Design user flows, wireframes, and interaction models based on user needs

Build high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Framer

Translate product and business requirements into functional Framer sites

Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile

Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers

Maintain consistency with brand and design systems

Optimize UX for performance, accessibility, and conversion

Desired Qualification :

2-3 years of relevant UX design experience

Framer experience needed, not mandatory

Experience with no-code or low-code platforms
