Job summary

AIS business solution is seeking a mid-level UX Designer to translate user needs into intuitive experiences. You will conduct user research, create personas, wireframes, and prototypes, and work with product teams to align requirements with business goals.

You will collaborate with UI developers, maintain design systems, and ensure accessibility and responsive designs. A strong portfolio and 3+ years of UX design experience are required; familiarity with Agile is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX Design or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, problem-solving, and design thinking skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability methodologies.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
