Job summary

ULTISOURCE in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead a high-performing Product Design team responsible for scalable, customer-centric digital banking experiences. You will drive design strategy, mentor designers, and collaborate with global Product, Engineering, and Research teams to deliver intuitive, market-leading products.

The role demands 10+ years in product design with at least 3 years in leadership, a strong fintech portfolio, and expert fluency with Figma and design

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Design experience with 3+ years leading design teams.
• Strong portfolio showing consumer-facing digital products at scale.
• Experience in FinTech, Banking, SaaS, or other enterprise product environments.
• Expertise in Figma, Design Systems, UX strategy, and modern design practices.
• Experience with Agile product development in a global environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
