Job summary

BrainoidTech is seeking a creative UX Design Intern passionate about designing intuitive, engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. You will work with our design and development teams to understand user needs, create wireframes, develop prototypes, and contribute to the design of websites, web apps, and mobile apps.

This 6-month internship offers hands-on industry experience, mentorship, and a potential transition to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and user-centred design.
• Familiarity with Figma or similar UI design and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and information architecture.
• Basic knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
• Creative thinking and the ability to approach design challenges from a user’s perspective.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• A portfolio showcasing academic projects, personal projects, wireframes, prototypes, or UI/UX design work.
• Basic understanding of usability testing and user research methods.
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI elements.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Awareness of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles.
• Familiarity with website and mobile application design patterns.

Responsibilities
