Stipend Eligibility Criteria

• Complete the entire 6-month internship term without discontinuation.
• Maintain 80% attendance (or as per company policy for on-site/remote work).
• Submit all assigned UX deliverables on time and to acceptable quality standards.
• Actively participate in research, stand-ups, project reviews, demos, and team meetings.
• Adhere to professional ethics, confidentiality, and all organizational policies.
• If the intern exits early or is terminated for performance/disciplinary reasons, the stipend will not be payable.
