Job summary

Layam seeks a Maintenance Engineer to oversee and maintain plant utilities such as electrical systems, compressors, HVAC, water treatment, DG sets, cooling towers, heat exchangers, and fire protection. You will implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and safety.

You will diagnose failures using Why-Why analysis and RCA, enforce LOTO and HSE standards, and manage logs, spares, vendor contracts, and MIS reports.

Qualifications

• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime.
• Diagnose equipment failures using Why-Why analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and perform independent field rectifications.
• Enforce Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures, adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, and participate in safety audits and risk assessments.
• Manage maintenance logs, track spare parts inventory, monitor vendor service contracts, and prepare MIS reports.
