Job summary

Mercor is seeking expert Evaluators in user and customer research to review AI-generated outputs (docs, spreadsheets, slide decks) for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality. This is a remote, hourly engagement for independent researchers.

You will apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade artifacts, identify factual and presentation errors, and provide structured written feedback to help improve AI work products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in user/customer research and feedback synthesis.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.
