Job summary

Sharp Brains in Gurugram is seeking a UI/UX Designer to design intuitive web and mobile interfaces, translate requirements into UI designs, and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

You will maintain design systems, collaborate with analysts, developers and project managers, ensure accessibility and responsive layouts, and contribute to enterprise-grade digital products.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems such as Material Design.
• Basic understanding of React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback.
• Relevant UI/UX or design certification is an advantage.

• Understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale or high-complexity enterprise projects.
