Job summary

Coforge Ltd, a leading SaaS technology product engineering company, is hiring a UI Architect. The role requires 12+ years of frontend experience and hands-on leadership to architect large-scale, component-based applications using React/Redux or Vue.

Hybrid work across Bangalore/Hyderabad/Noida/Pune/Chennai with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, scalable frontend solutions and leading modernization efforts across product teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of front-end development experience with architecting large-scale component-based applications using React/Redux or Vue.
• Proven experience collaborating across multiple development teams in large-scale environments.
• Strong leadership in facilitating complex discussions and driving consensus.
• Hands-on technical contributor delivering scalable solutions.
• Experience with high-traffic ecommerce platforms or CMS solutions is desirable.
• Design and implement unified UI component libraries and enforce consistency.
• Knowledge of software design principles and modern architectures (monolithic and SOA).
• Ability to research and adopt new technologies quickly in a dynamic environment.

• Minimum 12+ years of front-end development experience, with a focus on architecting and maintaining large-scale, component-based applications using React/Redux or Vue.
• Proven experience collaborating across multiple development teams in large-scale, fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership in facilitating complex discussions, resolving conflicts, and driving consensus with clear decision ownership.
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions while leading by example as a hands-on technical contributor.
• Experience with building high-traffic eCommerce platforms or CMS solution with multi brand / theme / market needs is highly desirable.
• Expertise in designing and implementing unified UI component libraries and enforcing consistency across products.
• Deep understanding of software design principles, design patterns and modern application architectures (monolithic and service-oriented).
• Proven ability to guide continuous improvement in both process and technology adoption.
