Insyte is building a modern UX Research studio that helps companies create better products through deep user understanding. We seek a curious, proactive Researcher to solve diverse challenges and grow with a fast-moving team across startups and global enterprises.

You will plan and conduct end-to-end UX research, interview users, run usability tests, and synthesize insights into actionable reports for multiple clients in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in UX Research, Design Research, or Human-Centered Research.
• Based in Mumbai or Bangalore.
• Strong understanding of qualitative research methods and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct end-to-end UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, field studies, surveys, and other research activities.
• Analyse data and synthesise findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Create research reports, presentations, journey maps, personas, and other deliverables.

• Support research operations, participant recruitment, and knowledge management.

We’re looking for a curious, proactive, and collaborative UX Researcher who is excited to solve diverse research challenges and grow with a fast-moving team.

Nice to have

• Experience in E-commerce, Mobility, or Consumer Tech.
• Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Human Factors, or a related field.
• Experience with research repositories, AI-assisted research tools, or quantitative research methods.
