Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a User Experience Designer with 12+ years of experience for Noida, India. You will lead UX activities from research and personas to journey maps, storyboards and MVP focus, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities include prototyping, usability testing, and leveraging AI to enhance design processes. A strong online portfolio and expertise in information architecture, accessibility and measurable UX outcomes are required.

• Gather insights for business visions, goals and end users through discovery workshops with stakeholders
• Conduct user research to identify the pain points, aspirations and challenges of end users
• Define persona, journey maps and storyboards to identify, communicate and prioritize the opportunity areas which leads to creation of MVP (minimum viable product)
• Engages team and cross-functional stakeholders to make them understand user’s needs and guide the team in the creation of thoughtful interactive solutions
• Ideate about product’s main characteristics, functionalities, features and analyse steps of user interaction though user flows
• Leads the prototyping of product, always ensuring the usability of the products and their alignment with customers’ needs
• Host usability testing sessions with end users to identify and improve the gaps in final designs before shipping them for development
• Enable development team and stakeholders to create user centred solution in less time, effort and iteration
• Leverage AI to augment every phase of the design process and design deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
