Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies is looking for a UX Designer to join their HMI team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will design and shape the user experience for cutting-edge automotive HMI products.

• You will work on a variety of exciting projects, including our existing project pipeline (eCIP) and new UX design projects for our new clients.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user‑centered design and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging in‑vehicle experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably in the automotive or embedded systems domain.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Proficiency in common design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• A deep understanding of the user‑centered design process and UX methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

Key skills required: UX designing experience in HMI especially in Automotive/ Medical/ Industrial HMI.

Proficient in either of the designing tools - Figma/ Sketch/ Adobe XD.

Education - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design
