Job summary

Biz2credit/Kreditstack in Noida Sector 136 is seeking a Night Shift International Underwriter for Global Small Business Lending. You will assess commercial credit, analyze financial statements and cash flows, and interact with US counterparts to finalize underwriting decisions.

Applicants should have 3+ years of international underwriting experience, familiarity with Moody's tools, and strong Excel/analytical abilities. Only candidates with international underwriting will be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Formal credit training preferred.
• 3+ years in Commercial Credit Analysis or Underwriting.
• Experience analyzing financial statements and cash flow for small businesses.
• Experience with US tax returns (1040/1065/1120/1120S) is required or strongly preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Formal credit training preferred.
• Experience working in a financial institution underwriting small businesses.
• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Credit Analysis or Commercial Underwriting, preferably focused on small businesses.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and assess individual and company financial statements, cash flow, industry and competitive analysis, and financial projections.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including the use of graphs and charts.
• Experience with Moody's Financial Analysis Software preferred.
• Basic knowledge of credit principles, lending operations, loan research, due diligence searches (SOS, Clear Report, TLOx, TransUnion, NYC's, Westlaw/Dockets), credit bureau reports, and general credit policies.
• Team player with a proactive and self-driven approach.
• Good communication skills, including experience interacting with US counterparts and taking calls with US-based stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem recognition, analytical thinking, and resolution skills.
