Adecco India is urgently hiring for a Tax Supervisor in Ahmedabad. Must hold an active CPA, EA, or CA license. Shift timing is 10 AM-6 PM with 3+ years in US taxation. You will prepare and review individual and business tax returns, provide tax planning advice, and manage client engagements.

Candidate should excel in analytical research, client relationships, and be adept with tax software and AI-assisted research tools. Strong communication skills are a must.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review individual (1040) and business tax returns (1120S, 1065, 1120).
• Deliver tax returns, tax planning recommendations, and payroll plans to clients.
• Manage a portfolio of advisory and tax-only client engagements.
• Prepare and review tax projections, tax plans, and financial forecasts.
• Advise clients on tax-saving strategies and tax compliance matters.
• Calculate salary and tax projections and review payroll-related information with clients.
• Resolve federal and state tax notices and client tax issues.
• Research complex tax matters and prepare recommendations, memos, and conclusions.
• Support onboarding of new tax clients and ensure a smooth transition process.
• Participate in client discovery meetings and business development activities.
