Crystal Voxx is hiring a senior US Tax Accountant in Ahmedabad, India. The role covers year-end tax, audit packs, and client issue resolution. You will guide a team and ensure training on internal tools.

Requirements include 5+ years US accounting and taxation, strong communication, mentoring ability, and proficiency with Lacerte, Drake, UltraTax, QuickBooks, and Xero, plus US GAAP/IFRS knowledge and advanced Excel.

• At least 5 years of US accounting and taxation experience.
• Thorough knowledge of tax accounting and financial procedures.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring employees and leading teams.
• Proficiency with tax software such as Lacerte, Drake, UltraTax, QuickBooks, and Xero.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS or other accounting frameworks.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP.

• Oversee Year-End audit pack and finalization of books.

• Handle client calls which are not handled at assistant level.
• Ensure that the new client is updated and trained on internal tools or software.
• Random review of financial statements and AR/AP reports.
• Periodic review of team performance and update further.
• Performing Year-End performance reviews of the team.
• Assisting team to file Tax returns (1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120s, 941, 940, 990, 706, 709).
• Preparation of ERC and Amended Returns Filing.
• Maintain and overview on budget and forecasting.
• Able to maintain relationship with clients.

Your role includes, but is not limited to:
