Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Proactively source, screen, identify, and qualify suitable candidates for client requirements.
• Maintain excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and team coordination.
• Manage multiple job requisitions efficiently, delivering high volumes.
• Coordinate actively with business accounts and manage feedback effectively.
• Be well-versed with Tax terms, especially working with W2, and have experience working with direct clients (VISA holders, GC holders, US Citizens).

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in Retail domain accounts, working on Admin & Engineering requirements.
• Mandatory experience working with MSP/VMS accounts.
• Ability to meet targets and SLAs on a daily/weekly/quarterly basis.
