Work Timings: 7:30 PM IST - 4:30 AM IST

• Expertise in Engineering, Construction, Finance, Banking, Automotive, Legal, Healthcare, and other Non-IT fields
• Proficiency with LinkedIn RPS, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and more
• Track record of meeting goals and KPIs
• Proficiency in using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Strong sourcing skills and Boolean Search expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
