About the Role

Robotics Technologies is looking for dynamic and results‑driven individuals to join our US IT Workforce Coordinator. This role starts with a 60‑day intensive internship designed to train you in the nuances of the US recruitment market. Upon successful completion of the internship and meeting performance benchmarks, candidates will transition into a Permanent Full‑Time Role.

Internship Phase (First 60 Days)

• Duration: 60 days
• Stipend: Unpaid (Training Period)
• Performance Incentives: 30,000 - 35,000 (Based on successful placements)

Full‑Time Compensation & Benefits (Post‑Internship)

• Fixed Salary: 15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Work Schedule

• Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM (Night Shift)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off
