Job Title: US IT Technical Recruiter
Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Onsite)
Shift: Standard EST Timings
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:


We are looking for a US IT Technical Recruiter with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment for IT positions in the US market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, hands-on experience with Ceipal, and the ability to work on all types of requirements, including W2, C2C, and full-time roles. A technical education background is a plus.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT positions across various domains.
  • Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Ceipal, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Work on different hiring models, including W2, C2C, and full-time roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, assess technical skills, and negotiate salaries/rates with candidates.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Maintain and update Ceipal ATS with candidate information and recruitment activity.
  • Stay updated with US hiring practices, tax terms, and visa classifications (H1B, GC, TN, EAD, etc.).

Requirements:


  • 1-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with Ceipal ATS and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and hiring trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of US employment processes, visa classifications, and compliance regulations.
  • A technical education background is a plus.
