Job summary

Morae Global is seeking an Analyst/Associate/Senior Associate/AM/Manager to join our immigration practice in Bengaluru. The role involves drafting H-1B and AOS petitions, coordinating with attorneys and foreign nationals, and managing end-to-end client communications across the immigration process.

The candidate should have an LLB or graduate degree with excellent English, prior US immigration experience, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with attorneys.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in the 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift.

Responsibilities

• Drafting H-1B and Adjustment of Status (AOS) petitions with accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinating with attorneys and foreign nationals for visa petition drafting and documentation.
• Managing end-to-end client communication, including gathering required information, providing case updates, and addressing queries related to immigration processes.
• Assisting with petition preparation, reviewing supporting documents for accuracy and compliance, and ensuring timely submission of applications.
• Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to track case progress, maintaining detailed case records, and delivering a high level of client service throughout the immigration lifecycle.
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of US Immigration policies and procedures.
• Manage assigned deliverables within defined SLAs, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and timely completion.
• Exhibit strong learning agility by rapidly adapting to new tools, evolving legal technology platforms, and data management methodologies.
