Job summary

IQ City Foundation seeks an experienced Urologist to diagnose and manage urological diseases, conduct OPD, IPD and emergency consultations, and perform surgeries with clinical privileges. Candidates should have M.Ch in Urology with relevant experience in urology and a commitment to patient-centered care, quality improvement, and NABH protocols.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Urology.
• Ability to perform urological procedures and surgeries as privileged.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage urological diseases.
• Conduct OPD, IPD and emergency consultations.
• Perform urological procedures and surgeries as per clinical privileges.
• Manage urinary stones, prostate disorders and urinary obstruction.
• Perform cystoscopy, URS, PCNL, TURP and TURBT.
• Perform DJ stent insertion/removal and urethral procedures.
• Perform open, laparoscopic and robotic urological surgeries as privileged.
• Manage urological emergencies and post-operative complications.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Maintain proper clinical records and documentation.
• Follow hospital, NABH and patient-safety protocols.
• Participate in clinical audits, meetings and quality improvement activities.
