Job summary

Rgs Fashion (Citistyle) is seeking a merchandising/product development professional to plan seasonal trouser, denim, and shirt ranges based on trends and data. You will coordinate fabric sourcing, trims, washing, and bulk production, while ensuring sampling, fit approvals, and on-time delivery to the warehouse.

The role requires knowledge of fabrics for jeans and trousers, experience in costing and production follow-ups, and strong negotiation and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of shirt or denim and trouser fabrics and garment production.
• Experience in vendor sourcing, costing and production follow-ups.
• Strong negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Analytical mindset with focus on margins, sell-through and inventory performance.
• Graduate in Fashion Technology, Textiles, Apparel Management or related field.
• 2 to 8 years of merchandising or product development experience.
• Experience handling Jeans, Cotton Trousers, or shirt categories.
