Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manual Tester with 3 to 5 years of software testing experience, preferably in the Capital Markets, Trading, Exchange, or FinTech domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Spot, Futures & Options (F&O) trading and margining concepts and be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of trading applications through comprehensive manual testing. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform manual testing of trading, risk management, and exchange applications.
• Validate end-to-end trading workflows across Spot, Futures, and Options segments.
• Verify margin calculations, position management, order management, settlements, and risk controls.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Managers, and Operations teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare test reports, defect summaries, and quality metrics for stakeholders.
• Participate in release validation, production deployments, and post-release testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Manual Testing.
