Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy and long-term financial plans.
• Manage accounting, finance, taxation, treasury, budgeting, and financial reporting functions.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections, and financial plans.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management and the board of Directors.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, investments, and overall financial liquidity.
• Provide financial insights and support senior management in strategic business decisions.
• Establish KPIs and financial performance measures to track business results.
