Chandigarh News is seeking a Team Leader Wealth Management to lead a high-performing wealth management team in acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clients, driving revenue, AUM growth, product penetration and profitability. Location flexibility spans Chandigarh and Jaipur, with a requirement of 10–15 years in wealth management and team leadership.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of wealth management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team of relationship managers.
• Experience acquiring HNI/UHNI clients and growing AUM.
• Willingness to work across Chandigarh and Jaipur locations.

• Build a strong sales pipeline through referrals and market mapping.
• Partner with product, operations, risk and other stakeholders for client service.
• Identify high-potential talent and contribute to hiring and onboarding.
• Prepare business reviews and provide insights to senior management.

Team Leader Wealth Management

Role Objective: Lead and manage a high-performing Wealth Management team responsible for acquiring, managing, and deepening relationships with HNI/UHNI and affluent clients while driving revenue, AUM growth, product penetration, and overall business profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to achieve business and revenue objectives.
• Drive acquisition of HNI/affluent clients and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Develop and execute strategies for AUM growth, client retention, cross-selling, and wallet share enhancement.
• Drive business across Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Bonds and other investment products.
• Ensure strong client engagement through need-based investment and wealth solutions.
• Monitor individual and team-level KPIs, productivity, revenue, AUM, and conversion ratios.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide structured coaching to team members.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through referrals, market mapping, networking, and client acquisition initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC, regulatory and internal governance standards.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance and other stakeholders for seamless client servicing.
• Identify high-potential talent and actively contribute to hiring, onboarding and capability building.
• Prepare business reviews and provide actionable insights to senior management.
