AUM Capital Market Private Limited in Delhi seeks an accomplished VP/AVP/Chief Manager/Senior Manager to join the Wealth team and drive growth with UHNW and institutional clients.

The role emphasizes 360-degree financial planning across PMS, mutual funds, direct investments and private equity, acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and leading high-performing relationship managers, with a strong focus on compliance and results.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of acquiring & Dealing with HNI clients and Corporate Treasuries
• Good knowledge of financial products, superior Communication skills and providing best financial solution
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Wealth Management-Sales & Marketing
• NISM VA, XA & XB preferred

Responsibilities

• 360-degree Financial planning, Advising/selling Ultra High Net Worth Clients and institutional clients on various assets viz. PMS, MF, Direct and Pvt Equity, NCDs, Bonds, Corporate FDs AIF.
• Acquiring New Clients, activation of inactive clients, client retention and client servicing.
• Competitive landscape understanding, Sales promotions to increase client base.
• Build, lead, manage and drive productivity of high-performing Relationship managers while setting KPIs, conduct reviews, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Present regular MIS, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management while ensuring adherence to regulations and internal compliance standards.

Job Summary

The Primary Responsibility Of WM Will Be To

• 360-degree Financial planning, Advising/selling Ultra High Net Worth Clients and institutional clients on various assets viz. PMS, MF, Direct and Pvt Equity, NCDs, Bonds, Corporate FDs AIF.
• Acquiring New Clients, activation of inactive clients, client retention and client servicing.
• Competitive landscape understanding (Competitor activity, new product development), Sales promotions to increase client base
• Build, lead, manage and drive productivity of high-performing Relationship managers while setting KPIs, conduct reviews, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
