You will focus on insurance claim follow-up, denial management, and payer communications to maximize reimbursements while meeting productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1-5 years of experience in AR Calling / Medical Billing.
• Strong knowledge of the US Healthcare RCM process.
• Hands-on experience with denial management and appeals.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies through calls and web portals.
• Analyze denied, rejected, and underpaid claims and take appropriate actions for resolution.
• Work on aged AR accounts to improve collections and reduce outstanding balances.
• Ensure timely claim resolution while meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Document all account activities accurately in the billing system.
• Escalate complex claim issues to the appropriate teams when required.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and client-specific guidelines.
