You will apply FS methodologies and leverage Forsta/Decipher for survey programming, data checks and crosstabs while ensuring smooth client communication throughout the lifecycle.

The role demands proactive issue resolution to prevent delivery delays and requires immediate joiners where possible.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in Market Research.
• Hands-on experience with Full-Service (FS) projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Forsta (Decipher) and survey programming platforms.
• Manage data checks and cross tabulations (crosstabs).
• Strong client communication skills across the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshooting project issues to avoid delays.

Role & Requirement

Managing all type of online market research projects including B2B, Consumer and Healthcare Projects.

Hands‑on experience of Full‑Service (FS). Must have in‑depth knowledge of Forsta (Decipher) and such survey programming platforms and manage data checks and crosstabs (Mandatory).

Must have good communication skills to deal with clients throughout the end‑to‑end project lifecycle.

Troubleshooting project issues before they impact client delivery or timelines.
