Job summary

iEnergizer is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead architecture and design for key banking initiatives in Noida, India. The role requires bridging business and technical teams, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with objectives.

The position is based in Noida, Sector 60, office-only with night shift hours. Immediate joining is preferred and you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and architects to deliver scalable, robust solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with AWS, microservices, REST APIs, and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Define technology vision, solution architecture, and high-level design for business initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Architects to develop scalable solutions.
• Design microservices, REST APIs, and technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Lead development teams during solution implementation and ensure delivery.
• Evaluate emerging technologies through Proof of Concepts (POCs) and promote reusable solutions.
• Present technical proposals to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive architectural best practices, Agile delivery, and technology adoption.

The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams and drive successful solution implementation.

Work Location: Noida, Sector 60
Work Mode: Work from Office Only
Shift: Night Shift (6 PM 3 AM)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Cab Facility: Not Available
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Key Responsibilities:

• Define technology vision, solution architecture, and high-level design for business initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Architects to develop scalable solutions.
• Design microservices, REST APIs, and technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Lead development teams during solution implementation and ensure successful delivery.
• Evaluate emerging technologies through Proof of Concepts (POCs) and promote reusable solutions.
• Present technical proposals to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive architectural best practices, Agile delivery, and technology adoption.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Solution Architecture, high-level design, and API design.
• Expertise in AWS services, microservices architecture, and REST APIs.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, and containerization.
• Understanding of DevOps processes and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies and software architecture patterns.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Experience: 5-7 years in Solution Architecture.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
