• Should have experience working with Tiles, ExtJS
• Strong analytical skills with focus on quality
• Good communication skills & team player
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Very strong in object oriented concepts & design pattern
• Sound knowledge of Core Java, JSP, Servlets
• Should have hands on experience with any of the framework like Spring/struts, hibernate/jpa etc.
• Must have an experience for any of the relation database like MySQL, Oracle etc.

MongoDB knowledge is an advantage
