Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Managers to join our growing restaurant chain in Mumbai. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. You will also assist in managing staff, inventory, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant.
2. Ensure excellent customer service and manage customer feedback.
3. Support in managing staff, training, and development.
4. Handle inventory management and assist in ordering supplies.
5. Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards.
6. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgeting.
7. Oversee the proper execution of restaurant policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hotel industry.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
3. Good understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory and staff management.
4. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high service standards.
