Job summary

Probus Insurance Broker is seeking a Compliance Executive to strengthen our compliance operations and ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations across all insurance processes. The role focuses on building robust monitoring mechanisms and collaborating with multiple teams from day one.

The candidate should be adept at regulatory documentation, financial record-keeping, and internal audits to support management in compliance progress and reporting. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tally is a must.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regulatory policies and procedures under the Compliance Program, managing day-to- day compliance operations.
• Review existing business processes to ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations.
• Prepare regular compliance status reports to keep management informed of compliance efforts and progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance requirements across all organizational processes.
• Identify alleged violations of IRDAI laws and insurance broking regulations, recommending procedures for corrective actions
• Manage and maintain financial records with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and ledger management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Prepare reports and assist in financial analysis when required.

About the Role:

As a Compliance Executive, you will be an integral part of our compliance operations team. Your role involves establishing and maintaining a robust monitoring mechanism to ensure compliance with all insurance business processes within the company.

Work Location: Andheri East (work-from-office model)

Your key goals and responsibilities (includes but is not limited to)
