ROLE OF Construction QAQC Manager
Position: QAQC Manager
Job Location: Inside Tamilnadu
Qualification: BE/ME -Civil/MBA
Experience: 07 to 20 Years
Basic Criteria
- Able to provide effective work style to site progress.
- Able to manage time and produce results.
- Knowledge about Quality Lab and appropriate apparatus and its functioning.
- Knowledge about the Terms & Conditions of the Contract Agreement regarding Quality aspects.
- Responsible for the establishment of Quality Assurance system at Co-ordinate with Planning Engineer on quality aspect of materials to be procured at source.
- Furnish the information about Third party testing cost, establishment and maintenance of QC Lab cost while preparation of ACE.
- Upkeep and maintenance of Quality oriented records while execution.
- Ensure that proper work instructions are followed by execution engineers in execution of various activities like obtaining Pour card / BBS & levels.
- Maintenance of approved samples, documents and data control.
- Conduct routine material testing as per checklist /Specification/contract agreement.
- Co-coordinating Billing Engineer with respect to submission of Test records for bills whenever raised.
- Monitoring / rectifying the quality defects in projects through Execution team.
- Monitoring day-to-day activities pertaining to quality in consultation with project manager, client / consultant.
- Continues checking on workmanship with respect to Line/Level & Plumb of structures.
- Attending review meetings with Client/Consultant whenever required.
- On the Job training to workers and Execution Engineers to improve the quality construction.
- Preparation and submission of Reports specified in Quality Policy Manual.
