Job summary

Surbana Jurong invites Expressions of Interest for an experienced Urban Water Supply Expert to support infrastructure and water sector projects in India. You will provide technical leadership in planning, design, and delivery for large municipal and government initiatives.

Candidates should hold a Civil Engineering degree with 15+ years in urban water supply and hands-on experience on major projects. Proficiency with WaterGEMS and strong stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in urban water supply.
• Experience on at least two major water projects.
• Experience supervising projects valued over INR 100 Crore.
• Strong consultancy and project delivery background.
• Proficiency with WaterGEMS or similar software.

Role Overview

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Urban Water Supply Experts for upcoming infrastructure and water sector projects in India. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in urban water supply planning, design, and project delivery for large-scale municipal and government projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead urban water supply planning, design, and consultancy assignments.
• Review and develop water distribution networks and supply systems.
• Conduct technical assessments, feasibility studies, and project reviews.
• Support project planning, implementation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Provide technical guidance on water infrastructure projects and best practices
• Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and project teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in urban water supply projects.
• Experience in at least 2 State, National, or International water supply projects.
• Experience supervising urban water supply projects valued at over INR 100 Crore.
• Strong background in consultancy services and project delivery.
• Proficiency in WaterGEMS or similar water network modelling software.
• Experience working with Central or State Government authorities is highly desirable.
• Strong technical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
