Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Pune, India, invites civil and environmental engineers to join its Urban Drainage Modelling team on sewerage and drainage projects. You'll work on 1D-2D hydraulic modelling, co-ordinate with graduates and technicians, and ensure right-first-time delivery of urban water infrastructure designs.

The role requires 2–4 years in water/wastewater consultancy, strong report writing skills, fluency in English, and experience with InfoWorks or Bentley GIS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Master's in Water Resource/Environmental Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in the water and wastewater consultancy industry.
• Demonstrable experience in network design or hydraulic modelling.
• Proficiency in design or hydraulic modelling software (InfoWorks CS/2D/ICM, Windes, or Bentley suite).
• Knowledge of GIS tools (e.g., MapInfo, ArcGIS).
• Excellent report writing skills and fluency in English.
• Desired: innovations/automation in project delivery; VB and GIS automation (MapBasics, Python).
