About the Role

Overall business understanding and analysis

• Develop financial plans along with various Business and technology teams, with rigor on Bottom-up approach.
• Review plan vs actual on a regular basis; perform in-depth variance analysis and communicate findings proactively to enable actionable planning.
• Continuously track key financials and business metrics, with accurate reporting and timely circulation to relevant stakeholders.

Partnering for growth

• Develop deep understanding of business drivers and leverage that to create actionable plans.
• Partner with respective business and cross-functional teams for new business initiatives.
• Perform scenario analysis and develop business plans on product enhancements or business initiatives.

Supply chain finance

• Review product pricing across channels along with COGS to drive the right margin structure for the business.
• Oversee inventory and supply chain functions such as timely GRN, receivables reconciliation, and TOTs with channel partners.

Drive efficiency and other day-to-day activities

• Participate in and drive standardization and automation projects for process efficiency.
• Handle ad hoc requests and problem solving with a short turnaround time, supported by analysis and comments for decision making.
• Act as a running source of truth for numbers – key metrics and performance drivers.
