Job summary

Search Advisers Services Guj in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Sr Manager for Manufacturing Production Planning & Control. The role focuses on organizing downstream plant flows, driving DRP, MPS, and SIOP processes, and ensuring data quality for supply and stock parameters.

You will lead cross-functional teams to optimize the Master Production Schedule and coordinate with suppliers. The ideal candidate will manage the MPP workflow, supervise queue management, and continuously improve plant-level

Qualifications

• Experience in Master Production Scheduling and SIOP processes.
• Strong understanding of DRP and MPS in manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

• Monitors and improves plant-level downstream SC performance.
• Acts as key user for information systems in the department.

Sr Manager- Manufacturing Production Planning & Control

1. Organizes the downstream flows within the manufacturing plant and improves the manufacturing SC performance. Responsible to run the Distribution Requirement Planning and the Manufacturing Production Scheduling. Ensures the update, quality and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management
2. Manage the plant's Master Production Schedule (forecast workload/capacity, suppliers forecast)
3. Manage the flow of raw materials and the sub-assemblies from suppliers to the workshop, the flow of the plant's finished goods from the workshop to the distribution centers/customers and flows in solution activities.
4. Lead the Master Production Plan (MPP)process with the other functions
5. Supervise for the plant the waiting queue management and implement the queue management
6. Monitor and improve the downstream SC performance at plant level
7. Be the key user for the department for information system
8. SIOP Process Knowledge and Exposure in the MPP & VF
9. Weekly Production Schedules and Coordination with regions for customer orders
10. Knowledge of ETO Orders Execution
11. Analytical Skills, Digital & Process Oriented.
