Job description

Role & Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Head - Hire Train Deploy (HTD).

As the HTD Head, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of our Hire Train Deploy programs. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external training partners to ensure that the program meets client needs and delivers high-quality, job-ready candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent needs and design and implement training programs with client stakeholders.
  2. Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end HTD program, including recruitment, training, and deployment phases. Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and KPIs to ensure program success and client satisfaction.
  3. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific talent needs and ensure the HTD program aligns with their requirements. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or feedback.
  4. Recruitment and Selection: Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract suitable candidates for the HTD program. Ensure a robust selection process to identify candidates with the potential to succeed in the training and deployment phases.
  5. Training and Development: Work with training partners and client stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality training program content that equips candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive outcomes. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  6. Deployment and Follow-up: Oversee the deployment of trained candidates to client sites, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing support. Collect and analyze feedback from clients and candidates to continuously improve the HTD program.
  7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals involved in the HTD program, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a similar role within the recruitment, training, or talent management industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the BFSI sector and its talent requirements.
  4. Excellent client relationship management skills.
  5. Demonstrated experience in program management and team leadership.
  6. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
