Job summary

Aster DM Quality Care in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, seeks an accomplished Unit Finance Head – AGM to lead financial strategy, performance, and controls for the hospital unit. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle, taxation, audits and capital decisions, partnering with leadership to improve profitability and financial discipline.

Extensive experience in healthcare finance, cost optimisation, MIS and compliance is essential, along with strong analytical and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA – Finance from a recognised institution.
• 15+ years of Finance & Accounts experience.
• 5–7+ years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably in healthcare/hospitals.
• Strong expertise in healthcare finance, budgeting, MIS, taxation, compliance and controls.
