Roles and Responsibilities

As a Junior Engineer – Software Engineering at Unisys, you will:

• Work as an active team member and engage in continuous learning of tools and processes.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and improving team efficiency as you gain experience.
• Escalate technical issues to mentors or supervisors as needed.
• Implement defined software tasks under guidance, including simple features and test cases.
• Write and execute pre-defined tests, document problems, and assist in system setup and maintenance.
• Analyze technical problems in assigned areas and assist with debugging and resolution.
• Fix bugs and provide patch documentation for minor issues with assistance from senior team members.
• Review test cases for accuracy and handle client requests and feedback within your product domain.
• Work effectively as part of a global, distributed team with remote collaboration.
• Participate in innovation and knowledge documentation initiatives.

Required Qualifications
