Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Associate for UKI Alliances Activation Support in India. This role sits in Operations and Reporting – One Markets, focusing on project management, alliance processes, and content development to support EY Alliance relationships.

You will work with Partners and Directors to drive events and campaigns, delivering insights and value across multiple stakeholders. The role requires 4–8 years of experience, a business degree, strong English communication, and advanced MS Office

The UKI Alliances Activation Support role is an exciting opportunity to work directly with EY’s Alliances and the Partners and Directors who manage our Alliance relationships. You will provide insight as well as project management and operational support, with development opportunities to lead independent projects.

Your key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive project management support across strategic and emerging Alliances, ensuring that all deliverables are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Execute key Alliance processes, including deal registration, deal recognition, and funding programs, to manage and optimize Alliances for success.
• Analyze and report on Alliance activity in the market, translating technical language and technologies into a professional business context.
• Utilize EY’s research platforms to build and develop knowledge and content specific to UKI Alliances.
• Help design alliance and proposition campaigns and support events. Event support includes:
• Support end-to-end event delivery, including integrated project plans, milestones, action trackers, risks, dependencies and approvals.
• Coordinate event logistics and sponsorship deliverables, including sponsor portals, entitlements, booths, suppliers, registrations and attendee management.
• Coordinate stakeholders and event communications, including speakers, clients, internal teams, BMC campaigns, social activity and briefing/KBYG materials.
• Manage post-event activity, including lead reconciliation, follow-up and reporting, while supporting multiple Alliance events concurrently.
• Build and leverage internal networks within GDS, EMEIA, and Global Alliances to identify and share best practices, enhancing the effectiveness of Alliance initiatives.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in business (or equivalent area of study or experience).
